Dallas over Detroit
TB over Houston
Green Bay over Oakland
Cleveland over NY Jets

and I'm with Paul. It's time for the Pats to loose. They should have lost yesterday. This week they will go up against a better offense, with a better running game and tough defense. Actually, I'm still pretty pissed about yesterday's game. If Ravens hadn't called the time out the Pats would have lost. Brady had something like 12 downs to score in the redzone.

Pitt over New England.

I really would like to see the Stealer's beat the Pats. They've seen how close both the Eagles and Ravens were in beating them.

Wow!

I thought I would never live to see the day when Cowboys fans would root for the Steelers. That shows that Hell can freeze over!

If the Steelers loose, I am rooting for the Pats to go undefeated all the way. I am tired of the old Dolphins talking crap about how much better they were and blah blah blah...especially that Mercury Morris dude. However, if the Pats and Steelers should meet in the playoffs, then buckit!

Peace!

Personally, I don't care who beats them. I just wan't them to loose. I was cheering for Philthy to beat them, and in my book that is even worse than rooting for the Steelers.

I was 9 years old when the Fins "ran the table" (as Shula would say).Since my Broncs couldn't get out of the chute this year, maybe we'll get to witness another undefeated team in our time.Bet it won't happen again in our lifetime ,again.I've been telling that to my 2 sons all season. Not to diss any other teams,I'm just watching now, tounge in cheek.I respect your rooting choices, there,Pablo.Good luck to the Steelers. It's gonna be huge! adios, steve

Sly, I think you can make an exception in this case; I , too rooted for the Eagles to win...it's comes under the Cowboys Fan Club rules for who to cheer for: Sec 5:1.2

Yeah, but I think that the Pats really moved up to my most hated team this year. A lot of it has do with how they really try to humiliate their opponents. I'll agree that they have a great offense, but their have been so many other teams that were great that that called off the dogs after they were up by 30.

Sly

i dont count pats as a team they are cheaters. :P

miguel
12-05-2007, 01:53 PM
No, the 49ers you absolutely cannot cheer for; that section is covered in the unofficial fan book. As far as the Pats being cheaters, well most teams will cheat if they get the chance to.

I'll go with:
1. Buffalo over Miami
2. New England over Pittsburgh (sorry Paul)
3. Green Bay over Oakland
4. The Big "D" over The Little "d" (Dallas over Detroit)
5. Denver over Kansas City (always have to go with the Broncs at home against the Chiefs)......adios,steve

ROMORIFFICO! Great nail biter, and Romo comes through once again. Detroit really put a scare on the boys, but Romo played it all so well! VIVA Whitten!

No Kidding! I REALLY thought Little '"d" was going to be the upset. I almost changed my pick for that game. Whew! Spoken like a true "Cowboys is my 2nd favorite team" fan,eh?Kinda pissed I can't watch the Denver game though.I guess they felt New England/Pitt is more important.....oh well.LOL....adios,steve

I can't believe I spaced out my picks for this week and I was already 5 behind because of last week...gonna have to do two weeks of back to back 10 picks (part of my strategy).

Can't believe Dallas pulled that out, but they did. I can only hope for a series of events to occur as i would love to see Dallas come to the Frozen Tundra as honored guests, presuming both teams make it that far.

The questions remains...who the hell can beat the Pats?

Everyone that was supposed to win, did.Gotta dig up the post where I picked the Pats going undefeated this year.I truly believe that the Super Bowl is the last chance for anyone to beat them.Unless they sit Brady,Moss & the rest of their stellar offense,in the Miami or Giants game,to save them from injury.Remember,it IS the NFL, and A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G can happen....adios,steve:261:

Heard on the radio today that the only possible team that could beat the Pats would be Jacksonville during the playoffs.

Ludwig
12-10-2007, 09:01 AM
I will have to disagree with that. I think either the jets or the Dolphins actually stand a chance since they have absolutely nothing to lose except what remains of their pride. I think both teams will throw down just for the chance of being "the one" that takes them down. I would not go so far as to bet on it, but watch out.

It would be sweet irony if the Dophins beat them and only won that game and the Pats only lost that game.

Paulinho

So much for the Steelers being able to beat the Pats.

When Randy Moss blew past the secondary in that first touchdown, I was hoping it didn't turn out to be a blow out....but it did.

The Steelers secondary has been weak for many years now, dating back to the year when Rod Woodson left the team, 1996.

The Pats are beatable, but I knew that the Steelers secondary was gonna be targeted, especially loud-mouthed Anthony Smith. ESPN's Marcelus Wiley said that this kid might not be wearing the black and gold next year and he may be right. The Rooneys don't put up with people like that. Not even players who could back up their loud talk like Plaxico Burress and Joey Porter were spared. This kid couldn't even cover his own shadow on Sunday.

Oh well, let's hope Cleveland doesn't steal the AFC North from us.

Peace!

Cleveland...............ugh. We have their number 1 pick next year. Everybody was thinking it was going to be a top 5 pick but now it's looking like it won't be anywhere near that.
